2024 Grower Application

Thanks for your interest in becoming a grower with The Kentucky Flower Market for the 2024 season! We value the growers we work with so much, and work diligently to provide a high-return sales outlet with a reach that is larger than most individual farms can achieve on their own.

Please read through our requirements (below). If you feel like you meet the requirements, please fill out the application on this page. Once the application deadline has closed we will reach out to you for an interview and move on from there. We typically do not accept growers mid-season, so please aim to apply during our winter application window. The deadline for our winter application window is January 9th 2024. Requirements:

• At least two seasons of professional cut flower growing (for example, selling to designers, selling to shops, or doing weddings. Similar experience may be accepted, and can be discussed at the interview)

• Ability to follow the weekly availability and delivery schedule of the Collective.

• Must have plans for order transport to the Collective on Tuesdays (exact drop times to be determined prior to season start).

• Agree to have and maintain availability account on Rooted

• Attend mandatory pre-season grower meeting and complete contract before first market date

• Must have an active business license/EIN/Tax ID

• Ability to pack and label varieties according to Collective standard

• Ability to uphold quality standards set forth by Collective

• Agreeable to farm visit from the Collective admin.
