2026 Grower Application
We are currently seeking dedicated cut flower farmers to join The Kentucky Flower Market collective for the 2026 season! Our growers are at the heart of what we do, and we’re dedicated to providing a high-return sales outlet with a broader reach than most individual farms can achieve alone.
Before applying, please review our requirements listed below. Generally, we are looking for grower members who are passed the initial challenges of growing and have a history of producing larger volumes of high quality stems.

After the application deadline closes, we’ll reach out to schedule an quick call! Please note that we typically do not onboard growers mid-season, so we encourage you to apply during our application window which generally opens in December or early January.

Requirements:
At least two seasons of professional cut flower growing (for example, selling to designers, selling to shops, or doing weddings. Similar experience may be accepted!
Ability to follow the weekly availability and delivery schedule of the KFM.
Must have plans for order transport to the KFM on Tuesdays.
Committed to participating consistently for a majority of the growing season.
Agree to have and maintain availability account on Rooted consistently
Attend mandatory pre-season grower meeting and complete contract before first market date
Must have an active business license/EIN/Tax ID
Ability to pack and label varieties according to the KFM standards
Ability to uphold quality standards set forth by the KFM
Agreeable to farm visit from the KFM team prior to acceptance.
