2026 Grower Application

We are currently seeking dedicated cut flower farmers to join The Kentucky Flower Market collective for the 2026 season. Our growers are at the heart of what we do, and we’re dedicated to providing a high-return sales outlet with a broader reach than what most individual farms can achieve alone.

Our collective thrives when each participating farm is highly committed, experienced, and able to supply consistent, high-quality volume. Because of this, we are seeking established cut-flower farmers who operate beyond a backyard scale and treat flower production as a real business, not a hobby.

Before applying, please review our requirements listed below. If you meet the criteria, complete the application on this page (if you are unsure if you meet the criteria send us an email!).

After the application deadline closes, we’ll reach out to schedule a quick call! Please note that we typically do not onboard growers mid-season, so we encourage you to apply during our application window.

Applications for the 2026 season are due by January 15th 2026!

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email us at thekentuckyflowermarket@gmail.com.

Thank you for considering The Kentucky Flower Market!

The Kentucky Flower Market is an ideal fit if you:

  • Have 2+ seasons of professional cut-flower production

  • Operate at a scale that supports reliable weekly volume

  • Produce high-quality, florist-grade stems throughout the season

  • Want to expand your wholesale presence and reach more designers

  • Are reliable, communicative, and comfortable with weekly systems and accountability

  • Can commit to Tuesday order transport and weekly availability updates

  • Value being part of a collaborative, professional grower community

  • Enjoy structure, consistency, and shared standards that benefit all growers

  • Are looking for a high-return, low-admin sales outlet to support your farm’s growth

KFM is not the right fit for growers who:

  • Are in their first year or two of learning to grow cut flowers

  • Are growing only in a backyard or at a scale too small for weekly wholesale volume

  • Cannot commit to consistent weekly participation

  • Want a place to “test out” flower growing or participate sporadically

  • Are not yet producing consistent, florist-grade quality

  • Do not currently operate their flower business legally (business license/EIN/Tax ID required)

  • Are seeking mentorship, training, or beginner support

  • Prefer flexibility over structure, systems, and shared standards

  • Are unable or unwilling to follow KFM’s packing, labeling, and quality protocols

  • Cannot commit to Tuesday delivery and weekly Rooted availability management

*A $150 Annual Membership Fee is required of all accepted growers to support the Kentucky Flower Market’s operations and shared resources.
